What are the costs for NDIS supports?
Supports are charged according to the NDIS price guide. For high intensity or 24 hour daily supports, reach out to our team for a customised quote.
Does your team work with young children?
Yes, our team only work with individuals aged 7 and above.
I have an NDIS plan but I don’t know what it covers
If your NDIS plan includes funding in the ‘Improved Daily Living’ category or you have funding in your core category ‘Core – Assistance with Daily Life,’ then physiotherapy services can be funded by your NDIS Plan. If you’re unsure about your plan’s coverage, please contact us for assistance.
What if I don’t have NDIS funding?
If you do not have NDIS funding, you have a couple of options:
- Pay for our services privately.
- Apply for NDIS funding
What if i am not happy with my supports?
Your first session is on us, which means we will not bill for the support. If it doesn’t feel right, there’s absolutely no pressure. You can cancel anytime with no charge. If you’re open to it, we’d also love the chance to understand your needs better and if you allow us, we will arrange a different support worker that suits you.
What qualifications do your staff have?
All our support workers and nurses are thoroughly vetted, hold a current police check, and possess a minimum Certificate III in Disability or a relevant qualification.
How long does it take for me to hear back from you after submitting an enquiry?
We respond to enquiries within 1 hour during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm). If you contact us outside of these hours, we will reach out to you first thing the next morning.
