Accessing Podiatry Services through Your NDIS Plan
The NDIS may cover podiatry and foot care services if your disability impacts your daily living activities and affects what you can or cannot do. These supports could include specialised footwear or funding to address your foot issues. Podiatry and foot care are particularly crucial if your disability affects the sensations in your feet. Our podiatry services can be accessed using funding from your plan under the NDIS Capacity Building funding category ‘Improved Daily Living Skills’. The sessions are facilitated by a qualified podiatrist.
