How do you cater to each participant's unique needs?
Every individual’s needs are singular, and our approach is attuned to this principle. We design bespoke plans aligned with each client’s specific requirements, facilitating access to the funded support. Emphasising empowerment, we enable participants to make informed decisions, allowing them to select their preferred support providers. Whenever you need us we are here for guidance and assistance.
What if the support I'm receiving isn't aligned with my preferences?
Our priority is always to make sure you receive the right support services tailored to your preferences. We do this by conducting a comprehensive intake process when you first get started with us. However, we do understand that sometimes things may get missed during this process. in the scenario where your support services are not aligning with your preferences, we are prompt to adjust the supports such as replacing your current support worker or therapist. We are happy and ready to help.
Can I opt for a different support worker if needed?
Absolutely. Our commitment to your satisfaction in our disability services in Central Coast is unwavering. If, for any reason, you feel the need to change your support worker, simply give us a call. We’ll promptly address your concerns, ensuring your experience is seamless and fulfilling.
Do you have support for people of different cultures?
If you don’t speak English, we have a multicultural team to help you understand your plan. We support the CALD communities in Australia, so you don’t have to worry about it. Reach out to us and share your concern about language, we will ensure everything works out for you.

Yes! Among the dependable services at EnableU, allied health support stands out. We employ licensed and experienced therapists in the Central Coasts for our participants. Compelling support and unique plans for each participant are designed to ensure the safe delivery of all allied health services.
Our allied health services are mobile and delivered at the comfort of your home. If you are in remote areas, we offer telehealth supports.
