Dementia Care at Home
EnableU provides personalised dementia support that promotes safety, familiarity and meaningful everyday routines while helping individuals remain connected to the people and places they know.
Supporting You, Not Just the Diagnosis
Every person experiences dementia differently. Changes in memory, communication, behaviour and everyday functioning can develop gradually, making flexible and individualised support especially important. We take the time to understand who you are behind the diagnosis, including their history, preferences, routines and interests.
Our team provides respectful support that focuses on you can continue to do. By maintaining familiar routines and encouraging meaningful participation, we help create greater consistency and reassurance at home. As needs change, we can adapt support and work closely with family members and healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care.
Creating Familiarity, Routine and Meaningful Connection
Our dementia care focuses on maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life while providing families with reassurance that their loved one is appropriately supported.

How To Fund Your Dementia Care at Home
You can fund dementia care services from EnableU using:
- Support at Home (SAH) / Home Care Packages (HCP): If you are on aged care funding, services can be funded directly from your support at home package.
- NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): Participants of the NDIS can utilise funding from their core or capacity building budgets to access services.
- Private Funding: Individuals who don’t qualify for government-funded care or prefer more flexibility and choices can choose to privately fund their services.
Currently we do not support individuals in Residential Aged Care or those on CHSP funding.
