The effects of a stroke can vary significantly, affecting movement, communication, cognition, personal care and the ability to complete everyday activities. Returning home can be an important milestone, but it can also require additional support while you adjust and recover.
Our team works with you, your family and healthcare team to provide support based on your individual abilities and rehabilitation goals. We can assist with everyday activities while encouraging you to remain actively involved wherever possible. As your strength, confidence and independence improve, your support can be adjusted to reflect your changing needs and progress.

Our goal is to complement your rehabilitation plan by helping you safely practise everyday routines, stay engaged and gradually regain greater independence at home and in the community.
Mobility and Home Assessment
How To Fund Your Personalised Stroke Rehabilitation
You can fund stroke rehabilitation care services from EnableU using:
- Support at Home (SAH) / Home Care Packages (HCP): If you are on aged care funding, services can be funded directly from your support at home package.
- NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): Participants of the NDIS can utilise funding from their core or capacity building budgets to access services.
- Private Funding: Individuals who don’t qualify for government-funded care or prefer more flexibility and choices can choose to privately fund their services.
Currently we do not support individuals in Residential Aged Care or those on CHSP funding.
